NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regard to the disappearance of Maurice Celestin, an 85-year-old Black male with dementia, from the area of Eastern Parkway and Franklin Avenue in Brooklyn. He is described as being 5'5" tall with a thin build and medium complexion. Mr. Celestin was last at 10:00 AM on 1/15, and was wearing white sneakers and brown pants.
