NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Rudolph McBean, a 64-year-old black male with dementia, from the area of Crotona Park North and Clinton Avenue in the Bronx. He is described as being 6'1" and 150lbs with salt and pepper hair and beard and brown eyes. Mr. McBean was last seen at 1:30 PM on 1/1, wearing a black hat with the word Panama on it, black hooded jacket, black and red sneakers, blue jeans and glasses.
