Silver Alert issued 6/6/14 at 9:00 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Carl Bailey, male, black, 63 years of age, from Story Avenue and Leland Avenue in the Bronx. Mr. Bailey suffers from dementia and high blood pressure, and is described as 5'3" tall, 160 lbs. He was last seen leaving his residence yesterday at approximately 6:00 PM wearing a multi-colored shirt and blue jeans. He wears a Medic Alert bracelet for dementia. A photo is attached. If you see Mr. Bailey, please call 9-1-1.
