Bronx man records cops discussing arrest
Let’s go to the videotape. So says the man behind a viral video of a Bronx police arrest that sparked a firestorm of outrage last week. Daniel Reyes maintains he is not a provocateur, and insists he never taped an arrest before the Feb. 23 incident, but the 24-year-old Bronx Park East resident was evidently bitten by the bug.
