Silver Alert issued 11/15/13 at 11:17 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Jorge Magriz, male, Hispanic, 70 years of age, from East 196th St and Briggs Ave in The Bronx. Mr. Magriz is described as 5'8" tall, 208 lbs., last seen today at noon wearing a black coat, gray shorts, and a black baseball cap. He suffers from dementia and diabetes. A photo is attached.
