Nab man in Bx. van grab with tot inside
Cops nabbed a Harlem man who stole a van in the Bronx Saturday with a 3-year-old still strapped in his car seat. Joseph Fuscaldo, 58, hopped into a minivan parked on Jerome Ave. and sped off with the tot inside - only to abandon the car a block away.
