NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Madeline Devonish, a 79-year-old black female with Alzheimer's disease, from the area of East 141st Street and Brook Avenue in The Bronx. She is described as being 5'6" and 120 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Ms. Devonish was last seen at approximately 9:12 AM on 2/1 wearing a dark blue jacket, a blue turtle neck sweater, an orange shirt, grey slacks, and grey sneakers.
