Fwd: Notify NYC - Silver Alert

Silver Alert issued 3/20/15 at 4:30 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Horace Cleare, male, black, 61 years old who has Alzheimer's, from Bouck Avenue and Adee Avenue in The Bronx. Mr. Cleare is described as 5'11" tall, 185 pounds, bald with a black beard. He was last scene at Macy's Department Store on 34th and 7th Ave on Thursday, 3/19, wearing a black waist length jacket, black boots, blue jeans and a gray and black cap.
