February 17, 2015 St. Ann's Avenue/East 142nd Street Request for Proposals The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) invites developers to submit proposals for a new construction project in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx. The Site is owned by the City of New York and located at the intersection of St. Ann's Avenue and East 142nd Street in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx within Community District 1 (Block 2268, Lots 23-30, 32). The goal is to develop a mixed-income development that will expand affordable housing opportunities in the neighborhood. Interested parties that choose to download the RFP using the link below must provide their contact information. Only those who provide their contact information will receive updates or additional communications regarding the RFP. The RFP contains a detailed description of the development program, requirements, guidelines, eligibility requirements, selection process, and submission requirements.
