Kelly Street Restoration, LP is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 31 affordable housing rental apartments under renovation at 916, 920, 924, 928, 935 Kelly Street in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx. These buildings are being renovated through the Participation Loan Program (PLP) of the City of New York's Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) with funding from Round 3 of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

CityParks Tennis presented by Chase, provides free tennis lessons to thousands of kids ages 5 to 16 each year in more than 36 parks throughout the five boroughs.

The program promotes physical fitness while building self confidence, and is designed to make the sport of tennis freely available to those who want to learn the game in a fun, relaxed environment. CityParks Tennis lessons for kids are offered at all skill levels. Opportunities include free beginner lessons, tournaments, leagues, excellence programs and special events.

*CityParks Tennis is open to New York City residents only. Registration takes place at each park during program hours.

What began in 2003, with short shows feat. Hip Hop legends, DJs, dancers, beatboxers and MCs, before the Crotona Park Hip Hop Film Fest, has grown into an all Summer long park jam addiction. Over the past 9 years, Tools of War grassroots Hip Hop has staged weekly park jams in The Bronx, Harlem and beyond, producing as a many as 13 jams a year. Hip Hop practitioners and enthusiasts from across the planet make it a point to be in NYC to see the very best DJs and special guests rock for free in the the parks!
